Delivery & Returns

We confirm every order before it is dispatched, and you receive an update at each stage.

Typical delivery windows once dispatched:

• Nairobi CBD & Westlands: 1–2 business days
• Greater Nairobi: 1–3 business days
• Major towns: 2–4 business days
• Other areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your area, and orders above the free-delivery threshold in your area ship at no cost.

You will receive an email at each stage of your order, from confirmation through to delivery. You can also check your status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email or phone number you ordered with.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened bedding, towels or slippers unless the item is faulty.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
