Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you place an order with Legacy Linen.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline an order if an item is out of stock or the price was listed incorrectly.

Prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout for your area.

Payment is due on delivery, or in advance by bank transfer or M-Pesa where you have chosen that option. Orders paid in advance are dispatched once payment clears.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened bedding, towels or slippers unless the item is faulty.
