Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Nairobi orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Upcountry deliveries take 2–4 business days depending on your location. You will receive an update at each stage, and can check your order status at any time on our Track Order page.

Question 2

How do I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

You can pay on delivery in cash or by M-Pesa when the courier arrives, or pay in advance by bank transfer or M-Pesa. Payment details are shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email. Use your order number as the payment reference.

Question 3

Can I order a single item, or do I have to buy a package?

Accepted Answer

Every item is available individually. Our hospitality packages exist because they are convenient and better value for properties standardising a room, but there is no minimum order — buy one pillowcase if that is what you need.

Question 4

Do you offer trade pricing for hotels and Airbnbs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Volume pricing starts at 10 units on most lines and improves at 25, 50 and 100 units. For a tailored quote covering a whole property, use our Request a Quote form and tell us your room count — we usually respond within one business day.

Question 5

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened bedding, towels or slippers unless the item is faulty. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it.

Question 6

How should I wash my linens?

Accepted Answer

Wash cotton bedding warm (40°C) with like colours and tumble dry low. Avoid fabric softener on towels — it coats the fibres and reduces absorbency. Our full Linen Care Guide covers washing, drying, storage and stain removal in detail.

Question 7

Are your room fragrances the same as perfume?

Accepted Answer

No. Our diffusers and candles are room fragrances, made for scenting bedrooms, bathrooms and guest spaces. They are not personal fragrance and should not be applied to skin.

Question 8

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver countrywide through our courier partners. Delivery fees vary by area and are calculated at checkout. Orders above the free-delivery threshold in your area ship at no cost.

Question 9

Can I see and feel the fabric before ordering?

Accepted Answer

For wholesale enquiries we can arrange a sample set so you can assess the weight and hand-feel before committing to a full order. Get in touch on WhatsApp or through the quote form to arrange this.
